Tilney hiring spree moves to Birmingham

Tilney has added to its Birmingham office with the appointment of financial planner Jane Garrick.

Garrick spent over 25 years at Lloyds Banking Group, where she was a private banking manager.

Since then she has spent two years as a private banker at Santander, where she managed a portfolio of 250 clients and offered investment advice.

‘With our recruitment drive continuing into the second half of this year,’ said Rob Chandler, regional head of financial planning at Tilney, ‘we will be looking for individuals who and contribute to Tilney’s growth while maintaining our high standards of service for clients.

'Jane offers exactly that – she has a long history of building excellent relationships with her clients, as well as professional connections, and will make an exceptional addition to our growing financial planning team.’

This is the second hire Tilney has made from Santander this month. Matthew Tribe joined Tilney’s Bristol office from the bank as a financial planner.
