The FCA has revealed the most complained about firms in the first half

The Financial Conduct Authority today revealed its biannual listing of the most complained about firms in the UK in the second half of 2018. 

The data showed the number of complaints decreased by 5%, falling from 4.13 million to 3.91 million.    

PPI continued to be the most complained about product, making up 40% of all complaints. 

Within the total complaints there were a number of investment complaints, with serving problems at two major platform providers responsible for a large number of these.
