Stonehage Fleming has acquired FF&P Wealth Planning for an undisclosed sum.
As part of the acquisition, managing partner and former Wealth Manager coverstar Richard Bertin will join the board of Stonehage Fleming, alongside his colleagues Susie Hillier and William Tudhope.
The firm will be rebranded Stonehage Fleming Wealth Planning and sit alongside Stonehage Fleming's ultra high net worth client services.
London-based FF&P Wealth Planning, was launched in 2011 following a strategic partnership between Asquith & Partners and Fleming Family & Partners. It provides planning and investment advice services to wealthy individuals and families.

Stonehage and Fleming Family & Partners merged in 2014, creating a global multi-family office with more than $40 billion (£32.2 billion) in assets and 500 employees across 11 offices.
Following the merger, the firm was rebranded as Stonehage Fleming and continued to have a close relationship with FF&P Wealth Planning.
