Rowan Dartington has appointed a head of intermediaries following the exit of former IFA director Bryan Parkinson last month.
Anna Davies joins from Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) and will handle adviser distribution in the UK and Ireland.
Former managing director of intermediary and international distribution Parkinson left the firm in March along with Bristol head Kevin Bowhay.
He had joined the firm in 2016 as regional director and became head of the IFA sales division in August 2018. After departing he became head of the UK wealth division of US-listed insurance brokerage giant Gallagher.
Davies spent five years at LGIM, most recently heading direct-to-consumer distribution. She previously spent 12 years at Skandia, now Old Mutual Wealth, in operations and product sales.
Managing director of distribution at Rowan Dartington Stephen Jones, said: 'We are delighted that Anna has joined the Rowan Dartington team and reflects our commitment to the IFA sales channel.
'Anna has an excellent track record, with significant product and market experience and will really make an impact as she leads the intermediaries division and supports our growing network of advisors.'
Last month the firm appointed former Cofunds boss David Hobbs as its new chief executive while former CEO Graham Coxell stepped aside to become executive chairman.
