Progeny Group has acquired Evolve Financial Planning helping it increase its assets under influence aboves £1 billion.
Evolve will be merged in Leeds-based Progeny Wealth, the group's wealth management arm, adding an additional £750 million in client funds to the division, which was launched in 2014.

Based in London, Progeny Group combines financial planning, legal and asset management solutions for private clients, corporates, charities and family office.
Evolve’s founder and managing director Antony Williams will join the group along with all of Evolve’s directors and advisers, expanding Progeny’s wealth management capabilities in the South of England.
Currently the group has five offices and 58 employees across the UK.
