This creates a great work-life balance and helps private wealth managers to provide a more personalised and relaxed service to customers, while maintaining strong expertise.
What challenges are facing your local area?
It is difficult to talk about challenges facing Edinburgh without talking about the potential second independence referendum. The financial services community in Edinburgh is understandably nervous about this as it has a heavy reliance on customers in the rest of the UK.
