Nick Samouilhan to join T Rowe Price after Aviva exit

Nick Samouilhan (pictured) is set to join T Rowe Price's EMEA multi-asset solutions team in November.

He will be working as a solutions strategist at the company following his departure from Aviva Investors, which was announced yesterday. 

Samouilhan has spent seven years with Aviva. During with time, he co-managed the firm's £2.4 billion Multi Strategy Target Income fund. Prior to Aviva, he started his career at Investec Asset Management.

Over the past 12 months to the end of July the Multi-Strategy Target Income fund, fell by 1.1%, while the sector average returned 2.8%.

This latest hire follows of the appointment of Yoram Lustig as head of multi-asset solutions for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and Lowell Yura as head of multi-asset solutions for North America.

‘Growing our multi-asset solutions business is a strategic priority,’ said Sebastien Page, head of asset allocation at T Rowe Price.

‘Lowell and Yoram are highly experienced professionals who will be great additions to our team as we continue to work with clients globally to provide solutions to diverse investment objectives.’
