Kleinwort Hambros has bolstered its Yorkshire presence with the hire of private banker Nick Manning from Deutsche Asset and Wealth Management.
He will be based in Kleinwort’s offices in Yorkshire on the Harewood Estate, between Leeds and Harrogate, and will report to Chris Perkins, the director who heads the office.
Manning worked for Deutsche for four years, most recently as an assistant vice president in its advice unit.
Prior to his time there, he worked as an investment adviser for Barclays Wealth and Investment Management for four years.
He is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and also holds the PCIAM Level 6 qualification.
His hire follows a series of exits from Kleinwort Hambros in recent months, including those of Graham Austin, Ben Gilmore and Joss Mitchell.
The private bank has also recently restructured its management team after its group chief executive Eric Barnett stepped down and he was replaced by its commercial director John Maitland.
Chief investment officer Mouhammed Choukeir (pictured), a former Wealth Manager cover star, and Gabrielle Branson were appointed deputy CEOs of the private bank.
