Jupiter's Miles Geldard leaves Jupiter

Jupiter's former multi-asset strategy head Miles Geldard is to leave the firm.

Geldard (pictured), who joined Jupiter in 2010 from RWC Partners, stepped back from running money at the start of 2018 to take up a senior adviser role.

Jupiter chief investment officer Stephen Pearson said: ;'[We] would like to thank Miles for his valuable contribution during his time at Jupiter, and wish him all the best as he pursues his charitable interests, following a successful 35 year career in the industry.'

The news comes after Jupiter appointed JP Morgan's Talib Sheikh as multi-asset strategy head in June 2018.

Yesterday it was revealed the firm plans to shut its £50 million Strategic Reserve fund, managed by Lee Manzi, after a multi-asset review.
