Ex-Tatton fund selection boss joins wealth adviser

Former head of fund resarch at Tatton, Steven Keshishoghli, (pictured) has been hired by Jersey and London-based Enhance Group.

Keshishoghli will join as the London-based head of manager research, working with the company's head of consultancy and chair of its investment committee Dr Ruzhen Li.

He will be in charge of researching, selecting and monitoring discretionary investment managers and third-party funds on behalf of Enhance's clients.

Keshishoghli was formerly head of investments at consolidator Tatton, where he managed £3 billion in multi-asset strategies. He left in 2016.

He formerly designed the investment strategy for NEST, the national workplace pension scheme, following a career a the £18 billion Railways Pension scheme.

Chief executive of Enhance Tom Wiseman said: 'Steven’s addition is strategic and bolsters the robust team and investment research process built by our head of consultancy Dr Ruzhen Li over the last four years.'

Li will spend more time on the strategic direction of Enhance Consultancy and client advice duties. She said: 'It is fitting that we welcome someone of Steven’s calibre to our team and look forward to benefitting from his considerable industry insights going forward.'

Jersey-based investment consultant Enhance opened its London office in Mayfair in 2016, with Wiseman heading affairs in the capital.

Li has been Enhance Group's head of investment consultancy since August 2014, having previously been head of research at LJ Partnership. 

She has more than 12 years experience researching investment managers to advise families and their professional advisers on complex investments.
