Brewin Dolphin has restructured its Reigate office in a move that has resulted in the departure of seven personnel.
The company reaffirmed its commitment to the region, but said the decision was taken to improve efficiency at the office, which is headed by Richard Arris. The seven departures comprise two assistant directors and five admin staff.
A Brewin Dolphin spokesperson said: ‘We have restructured the Reigate office for profitable growth.
'The office now has 19 staff, including 10 CF30s, ensuring our local clients have the financial advice and expertise they need. ‘We have 28 UK offices and we are committed to serving our clients with the best financial advice wherever they live.’
Brewin Dolphin’s Brighton office was merged into its Reigate branch back in October 2014 as part of an overhaul of its regional footprint.
Six staff from the Brighton office left at the time, including branch head David Pegler. He went on to set up Brighton Capital Management with former Brewin colleagues Ewen Emmerson and Francis Jarman the following May.
