Vincent Bruyère has over 22 years’ experience in finance and is currently a senior fund manager in listed real estate at Degroof Petercam Asset Management, having joined the firm in 2016. Previously, Bruyère was CFO also managing DIRECT real estate for the pension fund of Curalia. He graduated from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management with an MA in general management, the University of Brighton with an MA in economics and the University of Namur, Belgium, with an MA in economic & social sciences. Bruyère holds a CIAF and RICS.

Damien Marichal

With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Damien Marichal is currently a real estate portfolio manager at Petercam. He has been with the firm since 1995 having previously worked as a sell-side analyst at Puilaetco. Based in Brussels, Damien currently manages the Petercam Securities Real Estate Europe and Real Estate Europe Dividend funds using an active investment style. A Certified Financial Analyst, he graduated from Solvay Business School with a degree in finance and outside of fund management, Damien enjoys skiing and golf.

Objective

The Sub-Fund is actively managed and aims to generate capital growth over the long term. It mainly invests in bonds and equities of, or conferring access to, issuers representative of the European real estate sector.
