Objective

The investment objective of the Sub-fund is to deliver a total return (income and capital growth) of the Consumer Price Index plus 3% per annum net of fees over a rolling five-year period. The Sub-fund may invest, directly and indirectly in equities, bonds, warrants, money market instruments, deposits, cash, near cash and collective investment schemes (regulated and unregulated). The Sub-fund may invest in derivatives for both investment and efficient portfolio management purposes. The Sub-fund may gain indirect exposure, through collective investment schemes and transferable securities to assets including, but not limited to, commercial property, hedge funds and commodities. No geographical restrictions.
