Christopher Lees graduated from London University with a BSc in Geography in 1989. He joined Baring Asset Management in 1990 as a graduate trainee, working first with the fixed income team, the UK equity team, and then the UK asset allocation team. Chris has been a member of the Global Equity Group since its inception in 2002 and was made the head of the global sector teams in 2002. From 1994 he was located in Boston as a member of the US equity team. During his tenure in North America he was lead manager for the Baring American Growth Trust and the Baring North America fund. Chris was awarded the CFA designation in 1995 and managed the Baring Global Select fund before moving to JO Hambro in April 2008.

Nudgem Richyal

Nudgem Richyal, CFA is a senior fund manager at J O Hambro Capital Management. He joined the firm in 2008 and is responsible for managing their Global and International Equities strategies and their Global Sharia Compliant Equity strategy. Prior to joining JOHCM, Nudgem was an investment director within the Global Equity Group at Baring Asset Management. He holds a first class BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Manchester.

Objective

The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. The Fund invests, under normal market conditions at least 80% of its assets in securities of companies headquartered outside the United States. The Fund utilizes a core style with a modest growth tilt over all capitalization ranges.
