Gary Singleterry

Gary Singleterry is an investment director at GAM Investments based in New York. He joined the firm in 2014 from Singleterry Mansley Asset Management, which he co-founded in 2008. Singleterry specialises in the analysis and management of mortgage and asset backed securities. He holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in applied mathematics and economics from Harvard University. Singleterry lists golf and tennis among his interests.


The fund currently invests primarily in floating-rate Asset Backed Securities (ABS). The focus is on securities with an investment grade credit rating (AAA - BBB). Currency risks relative to the EUR are hedged systematically. The fund is suitable for clients with EUR as reference currency and wishing to invest in floating-rate ABS without taking increased interest rate or currency risks.
