Charles-Edouard Joseph was born in Paris in 1975. He attended HEC Business School in Paris where he specialised in finance. He started his career in 1998 at Goldman Sachs where he worked in investment banking in Paris and London. In 2003 he joined Gavaudan Asset Management where he is currently the head of the fundamental analysis team. He manages the BG Long Term Value Fund for which he uses thorough fundamental analysis combined with opportunistic and dynamic trading and a rigourous risk management process. Charles-Edouard has been a fund manager for over five years.

Objective

The Compartment is a Feeder UCITS, which will invest at least 85% and up to 100% of its assets in the class (F) units of BG Long Term Value (the Master UCITS). The Master UCITS is a Fond Commun de Placement (Mutual Investment Fund) established under the laws of France and authorized by the French Autorit des Marchs Financiers as a UCITS. The Master UCITS aims to outperform the Dow Jones Eurostoxx 50 (total return) over a recommended investment horizon of five years.
