Two members of the NextGen Planners group have become the latest recruits at London-based Capital Asset Management.

James Mousley and Sean Banks (pictured left to right) have joined as senior associate and associate respectively. Coincidentally, both used to be part of the same firm, Premier Wealth Planning, and reached out to chief executive Alan Smith before joining Capital.

Smith said the firm is still growing. He is looking to make more hires in the future.

‘Our focus on financial life planning means we attract high-calibre people that want to work in a client-focused environment,’ he said.
