Lawson brings planning prowess to Martin Aitken

Glasgow-based Martin Aitken Financial Services has appointed IFA Scott Lawson to further strengthen its financial planning arm across Scotland.

Lawson will take responsibility for financial planning as well as sector-based portfolios at the firm for individuals and corporate clients in areas such as wealth management, succession planning and asset protection.

Lawson has spent 25 years in the financial services industry, most recently as an adviser with Lloyd & Whyte, which specialises in providing financial planning to healthcare professionals.

His experience lies in managing investment portfolios for clients and advising healthcare professionals on their NHS pension options pre- and post-retirement.
