For the seventh year, Cranleigh-based IFA Informed Choice will be hosting and sponsoring the 10km Jigsaw Run to raise money for Jigsaw Trust, a charity that supports children and adults with autism.
The run will take place on Sunday 25 November at Dunsford Park near Cranleigh, with an estimated 450 runners taking part this year.
Managing director Martin Bamford (pictured) said: ‘Several of our team members are keen runners and, following a tour of the Jigsaw School [an independent day school for children and young people with an autism spectrum disorder], we wanted to do something to support this important local charity.’
Through assisting with the running of the event since its launch in 2012, Informed Choice has helped to raise more than £30,000 to date.
‘It’s a great venue for a charity race, with access to the mile-long runway and perimeter track,’ added Bamford. ‘It’s a very flat course too, giving runners the opportunity to record a new personal best at the end of the race season!’ he said.
