Check out all the pics from NextGen’s Manchester Met boot camp

A couple of weeks ago we ventured north to the wonderful city of Manchester to see 15 students put through their paces for a potential career in financial planning. Here are the pics!

Manchester: home to a massive football rivalry; an industrial heritage; and a novel idea to get young people into the financial planning profession.

That latter is the brainchild of NextGen Planners which held a boot camp event with 15 Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) students and 14 advisers earlier this month.

The event, organised by NextGen director Adam Owen, saw students show off their skills with the aim of possibly getting taken on as a trainee at one of the advice firms present.
